Version 0.0.53 — forms, background send, monitor fixes

- Add ICS-213 General Message form (Ctrl+A F G) with numbered fields
  in correct ICS order, UTC date/time defaults, auto word-wrap textarea
- Add PKTNET Packet Check-In form (Ctrl+A F P)
- Add Forms & Check-Ins submenu under Ctrl+A F
- Background F2 send: silence-based prompt detection (300ms quiet)
  replaces fixed-delay polling; sends bbs\r after node login
- Port selection (Ctrl+A M Tab) now saves to config (PortMask)
- Fix textarea cursor escaping message box when typing long lines
