Address 3 review findings (all confirmed real): thread section context through the optional-field accessors so nested errors name the broker (brokers[i]."port"), reject broker ports outside 1..65535, and reject negative integer fields (status_interval, jwt_refresh) via a shared _optUint. +3 tests (14 total).
