Strycher	e1e10c4cf0	chore(#345 ): overlay CI + release pipeline onto rc.3 for all-platform backfill Branched off v1.1.2-rc.3 (`630886e`). Overlays dev's CI/release workflows, the four-file notes gate + rc.3 notes, and the combined rc.2/rc.3 CHANGELOG. App code (pubspec 1.1.2-rc.3+60, lib/, android/) is untouched — this is genuinely rc.3, only the release infrastructure is added. Retires the inherited upstream Workers deploy (deploy.yml, wrangler.toml). Tagging this triggers release-signed.yml: gate -> build android/windows/ linux -> sign -> verify APK+AAB cert -> publish. First live keystore signing; pauses at the release-signing environment gate for approval. Play already has the +60 AAB; this fills Windows/Linux/GitHub-APK/web. Acceptance test for #342 / epic #312. Strycher	546002c2e8	chore(#146 ): cut v1.1.2-rc.1 (version bump + CHANGELOG + README) Bumps pubspec 1.1.2-beta.4+43 -> 1.1.2-rc.1+44, adds the 1.1.2-rc.1 CHANGELOG section (reply-UX #131/#106, device-info #134, GPS query #135, BLE flood fix #140, path-hash #115, 0xC1 gate #144; known issues #86/#91), and updates the README banner from public beta to release candidate. Strycher	1f0406d515	docs(#94 ): CHANGELOG + README download/install for 1.1.2-beta.1 - CHANGELOG.md seeded with the 1.1.2-beta.1 entry (Added / Fixed / Known issues). - README gains a "Download & Install" section for end users (Releases link, extract + run on Windows with the SmartScreen note, sideload the APK) — the repo previously had only developer build-from-source steps.
