Strycher	8b7f0a3d2c	feat(#269 ): keep-screen-awake setting Adds a KeepScreenAwake controller that holds a wakelock_plus lock while the setting is on and the app is foregrounded, releasing on background, on toggle off, and on dispose. Toggle lives in App Settings > Battery (power tradeoff), defaults OFF, persisted as keep_screen_awake. Strings added for all 18 locales.
