Strycher	d27048f94a	fix(#678): distinguish CoreScope not-found from unreachable (#571) ... CoreScopeService.fetchCounts returns a three-state CoreScopeResult { found | notFound | unreachable } instead of a nullable count. Reachable-but-empty -> notFound ('Not seen by CoreScope yet'); network/HTTP/parse error -> unreachable. Channel-chat tap-refresh banner switches on status; adaptive poll reads .counts. Epic #677. Strycher	9e3500a9a9	feat(#550): show observers + observations; top-banner refresh feedback ... Badge stays observers-primary; tooltip/long-press now read 'N observers . M observations' so they reconcile with CoreScope's 'Observations (N)' feed (the two are distinct metrics: 15 distinct observers vs 34 total sightings). Strycher	d79dfffad3	feat(#549): CoreScope HTTP observer-count query service ... Best-effort GET /api/packets?hash=H&groupByHash=true against a CoreScope instance (default map.okimesh.org); returns observer_count or null.
