Bear Stone Smart Home Configuration

Be sure to ⭐ my repo so you can keep up to date on the daily progress!.

We use the NMAP component for device tracking. I've considered using the Unifi component since i have the Unifi contrainer running but haven't seen the need yet. The NMAP presence sensing is SOLID so why mess with it?
