Document ADN-report-proxy so adn-server 2.x can feed v1 legacy monitors,
and sync EN/ES MkDocs with DATABASE, dynamic TGs, monitoring, and related topics.
* docs: add bridges vs subscriptions, performance guide, and Mermaid diagrams (#6)
Document 2.x routing model with a concrete TG 52090 example, operator-focused
performance gains (indexes, reporting, integrated proxy), and MkDocs Mermaid
support across server and monitor architecture pages.
* fix: echo TG 9990 monitor parity and UA session exclusions (#7)
Exclude 9990–9999 from SINGLE/UA locks, remap inject-only echo TX events,
resolve bridge TX peer_id for monitor display, and fix dynamic TG restore callback.
* chore: bump version to 2.0.0-rc.4
Normalize all Python sources to the standard ADN copyright block with
complete GPLv3 notice. Add legacy attribution on routing and dmr_utils
ports; drop SemVer wording from changelog and fix an unused test import.
- Use DefaultVoiceProvider when Audio dir exists (was gated by ANNOUNCEMENT_LANGUAGES)
- Create Audio dir at startup when voice config present
- ANNOUNCEMENT_LANGUAGES optional (ident only); each item has own LANGUAGE
- ident: fallback to per-system ANNOUNCEMENT_LANGUAGE when empty
- disconnected_voice: use system language directly
- Clarify ENABLED, ANNOUNCEMENT_LANGUAGES in adn-voice.example.yaml
- Add Audio/.gitkeep, update .gitignore to keep folder structure
